Hey y'all! It's been a little quiet here since last time, but we've eaten good, made some core memories and got Lawrence to answer some hay baling questions. RECIPE
Easy Sirloin Tip Roast:
-Season roast (Musketpowder Black or Red are perfect)
-Sear all sides a few minutes each in hot skillet
-Put in 250 degree oven, cook until internal temp 115 degrees
-Tent with foil and let rest until Internal temp comes up to 125-130 for medium rare
