On March 31, 2023, an EF3 tornado destroyed multiple farm buildings and structures on Doug Knoblett's farm near Palestine, IL. Several pieces of equipment were also heavily damaged in the storm. Without the use of some essential planting implements, Doug was referred to Farm Rescue for assistance. We were honored to provide equipment and volunteers to help seed Knoblett’s soybean crop, allowing additional time to focus on recovery efforts in the wake of this natural disaster.
