Flower Farm Prepares for Summer Farmers' Markets | Fridays in the Field

With summer approaching quickly, West Mill Flowers near Raymond, Nebraska, is preparing their flower crop for the farmers' market season.
At the Lincoln Farmers' Market, owner Becca Monroe said attendees can find Betty White the School Bus filled with buckets of cut flowers from their farm. Customers choose colors or flowers, and Monroe will handcraft each bouquet right in front of her customers.
Monroe also details what it takes to manage and grow flowers for each season and shares about her challenges with extremely dry conditions.
