Welcome to Pomes and Stones! In today’s video, we dive into the vital roles of three key jobs in agriculture: discing, spreading lime, and picking rocks. These tasks may seem simple, but they play a crucial part in maintaining healthy soil and successful crop production. These three jobs are essential for maximizing future yield on our cherry farm! To complete these tasks we have to use an assortment of different farm equipment. We disc the field with out Case 7220 Magnum, spread lime with our John Deere 4050, and pick rocks with our CAT 936 front loader! We are setting ourselves up for a successful 2025 and beyond by preparing the field this fall!!
